Cell Stability Mono-Lens is a Unique Head Armor in The Outer Worlds. Armor can be worn by the player to reduce incoming damage dealt by Enemies. Armor also changes the physical appearance of the player when worn.
Like a microscope, but strapped to your face. Good for seeing things you'll really wish you hadn't.
A metal eyepiece fitted with a one-of-a-kind, bulletproof magnifying lens and a number of supplemental instruments.
Where to Find & Location
- Can be acquiered in The Man in High Orbit Main Quest. Offer Receptionist Kelly a lift to the Groundbreaker, and she will give you the Cell Stability Mono-Lens.
