Agony is a Unique Weapon in The Outer Worlds. Weapons are used to deal damage to Enemies. Each weapon has different attack values such as: damage, rate of fire, reload time, etc making them more or less useful depending on the situation.
This tranquilizer gun was modified not only to kill but to liquefy afflicted targets organs in a quick, yet agonizing, process. Its designer was promoted to assistant bureaucrat liaison for her contributions to the field of marauder demotivation.

Where to Find & Location
- Can be found in a corner at Human Inquiry & Auditing. It is on the East-most side of the 3rd floor in the HIA building. It is within a large combat training room that is illuminated by red lights, has metal and wooden-spike walls. In that large room, it is in the centre walled-in area along the Eastern edge of the training room, and it is tucked behind a table and some chairs in the corner.

This weapon applies weaken and poison debuffs on every hit - weaken increases the plasma, shock, corrosion and n-ray damage the target takes (and lowers skills) and poison causes damage over time (and lowers personality attributes).
It's a pretty good gun to tag the enemy and then change to another one due to the DoT and weaken effects.
