I found one in one of the Byantium Vending machines it seems to really be random

I found this randomly on a vending machine on Monarch for around 2,100 bits. I was level 22, but it seems it's still random regardless of level. A couple interesting points though: - The DPS on a standard version of this gun is higher than the Pink Slip, despite being a quarter of the cost. - This rifle and the Iconoclast Assault Rifle (which is the same rifle) has the same base damage and DPS, however, the tinkering cost for this rifle is far less than the Iconoclast Assault Rifle. If you're lucky enough to find the Dead-Eye Assault Rifle II, just stick with that and tinkering to your liking. It seems to be better than it's "unique" counterparts.
