Electro-Charged Surface in The Outer Worlds is an Armor Mod. Electro-Charged Surface adds an electrical charge to the user's armor. Armor mods improve and modify the stats of the existing Armor equipped by the player, there are several different kinds of Armor Mods including Skill Kit, Armoring, Utility, and Gadget.
Applies an electrical charge to the armor's exterior, occasionally shocking an attacker who comes in contact with it.
