Employee Benefits is a Science Weapon in The Outer Worlds. Weapons are used to deal damage to Enemies. Each weapon has different attack values such as: damage, rate of fire, reload time, etc making them more or less useful depending on the situation.

 

This experimental device was created to keep employees on their feet, regardless of how much pain or exhaustion they may be experiencing. As all good workers know, "unconsciousness" is just another word for "wage theft."

Auntie Cleo Employee Benefits This weapon slowly heals whoever is targeted by its beam. The amount healed increases with the wielder's Science skill. Using the weapon on a downed companion will eventually revive them, but a body can only take so much punishment, so a recently revived companion cannot be revived again.
