what about hyper weapons?
ive got a "Hunting Rifle Hyper" in my inventory

If you're not finding one it may be down to the difficulty setting you're playing on. I went to Monarch in search for one whilst playing on Hard and couldn't find one for the life of me. I then switched the game back to Normal difficulty and I literally found one on the very first marauder I killed. (I also continued to find them on downed enemies after this, so I down think it was pure chance)

There's an outlaw sniper in covert lab at Roseway using it. I was doing the quest "The doom that came to Roseway" I pickpocketed him and he had one on him. Probably need to be at least level 14 for it to spawn though

my regular hunting rifle's damage and this one are the same value, is mine bugged or what?

i found one in the mantisaur cave (Devils Peak i think). At the end i didnt take the exit but went further on and there were some raiders. One dropped it.

I got mine from a dead enemy. then prompetly found like 3 more haha

Where to find this? People keep saying right vendor at groundbreaker but i checked everywhere and no luck.
im level 27 and gladys doesnt sell this gun instead selling vermin 2 pistol with 295 damage
