Jessie Doyle is an NPC in The Outer Worlds. NPCs are not able to be controlled by the player, but interacted with and are often a part of Quests within the game. Some will play a larger role than others, and some can even be recruited as Companions.

Jessie claims to be an expert pirate where she once helped Ellie in one of their works. At the Groundbreaker, she pretends to be sick and hides at the Medical Bay's quarantine from The Board's since she owes them a lump sum of money.
Jessie Doyle Location
- She can be found in the quarantine area of the Medical Bay of the Groundbreaker
- You can access the area by either using the Holographic Shroud or by the secret entrance behind Gladys compartment - you'll have to crouch around a squatter's spot.
- Alternatively, if you've found and spoken to Captain Irion by his ship on Scylla, he will give you the medical shipment that needs to be given to Dr. Wanda Dorsett. Give her the item then speak to her again and ask her if you can gain access to the restricted area. She'll then give you the authorization.
