Where to Find & Location
- It can be found at the Edgewater Landing Pad on a small ledge circling the structure. On the south side, facing the sea, there are two bodies with the Cutter nearby.

"Makes a unique chainsaw sound" wow thanks, i didn't noticed that^^ it's a unique weapon. Amd unique wepinsbhas unique abilities. Like the ol reliable; uts slower than the normal but has 20.000 points before it breaks. That's an information about a weapon. I go research now and I'll write it down here..
