Mandibular Rearranger is a Science Weapon in The Outer Worlds. Weapons are used to deal damage to Enemies. Each weapon has different attack values such as: damage, swing rate, etc making them more or less useful depending on the situation.

A strange 1-handed melee weapon which rearranges the facial bones of any human target it strikes. Blows to any target slow them down and repeated hits will eventually cause them to stop moving for a short time. Increasing your Science skill cause enemies to be frozen for a longer duration.

Is this weapon a Jojo's reference?
I mean, you hit people with it and it rearranges their faces and also slows time. The first effect is what the main character does in season 4 to anyone that annoys them while slowing time is the power of the main character in season 3.

Do you need the quest Weapons from the Void to actually loot this item? Some have said that you do, but on it says that you can simply go ahead and loot it. Any ideas? And at what level can i got to Scylla?
