Plasma Launcher is a Heavy Weapon in The Outer Worlds. Weapons are used to deal damage to Enemies. Each weapon has different attack values such as: damage, rate of fire, reload time, etc making them more or less useful depending on the situation.
A hipheld heavy weapon that lobs huge plasma balls at the enemy with a wide splash radius. The weapon can be overcharged to not only increase the size and damage of the projectile, but the splash radius as well.

I wish this thing worked more like an extra heavy plasma rifle... the fact that the shots arc rather than shooting in a straight line makes it much more difficult to use, and unreliable for targeting weak points.
