Plasma Rifle 2.0 is a Long Gun in The Outer Worlds. Weapons are used to deal damage to Enemies. Each weapon has different attack values such as: damage, rate of fire, reload time, etc making them more or less useful depending on the situation.
A rifle wich fires balls of super-heated plasma, which can be overcharged for a larger blast. This weapon consumes ammunition quickly, and its plasma balls have a medium-sized blast radius.

playing on supernova with a science 100 character and only 40 longarms. keep thing tinkered up and you will stomp just about everything. If it is not dead after the 1st charged shot a second potshot will do for most enemies. gonna try out n-ray and corrosive mods soon.

Found on a Sub-light corpse (pre-generated) in a little Marauder camp near Cascadia (Monarch).
I am lvl 23, don't know if it affected the loot.
