How do I put the hat back on the skull on your desk in the cabin?
Description is wrong : it is NOT found on Reed in Edgewater. It will appear in your cabin after you kill him, preferrably AFTER Comes Now the Power.

I found this in my ship by the computer terminal. I assume that murdering the***** out of Reed Tobson is a prerequisite

Although Reed cannot be found anymore in Edgewater after you redirect power to Botanical Lab, if you complete Foundation, letting the automecs wipe out the whole town, his hat will appear in your cabin in the Unreliable.
