The Beast That Shouted Love at the Heart of the World is one of the Main Quests in the Murder on Eridanos DLC for The Outer Worlds. Main Quests are those that must be completed in order to advance the main story and progress the game.
You've stopped the spread of the parasitic infection - for now. Ludovico has retreated to the depths of the Distillation Station. Find him, and put a stop to the parasite threat once and for all.

The Beast That Shouted Love at the Heart of the World Walkthrough
This quest is acquired automatically at the end of The Bird Drug.
Head to the Distillation Station and fight your way through the lobby. Take the doors on the right in the first two rooms and take the elevator down in the next. Take the left door in the next room, taking care of any Parasite and Infected enemies. There is a set of stairs leading up into another room. Head there and you will end up in a large chemical mixing chamber of sorts. Go around the railings to the Eastern door to find another elevator, take it down to another lower level. Fight your way through the room and follow the doors. Eventually, you will find the Administrator in a large room with some vats all around and a large pool of liquid in the center.
It appears Ludovico had been working with a 'Queen of Symbiotes' looking to take over all of Eridanos. He gets eaten during the conversation and you will have to defeat the Slug Queen. She mostly uses a projectile attack that splits into three, but is easily avoided. After she is defeated, you can inspect Ludovico's remains in the middle of the room for some loot and the Nova Burst weapon. This completes the quest and unlocks the conclusion quest Captain, Go Home.

AnonymousI did the optional 'Recruit Sedrick' objective from 'The Bird Drug' quest, but none of the promised SLUG troop backup turned up. Oh well, all the more kills for me!

I usually hate boss battles in games, but this one was fun. Hint: use the terminals in the corners of the room and speak to Ludovico's assistant for a bit of amusing dialog and a helping hand.
I had the queen disappear as I was fighting it the first time!
