The Grimm Tomorrow is one of the Side Quests in The Outer Worlds. Side Quests are optional quests that players can chose to complete in order to obtain special rewards, XP, or reputation.
Grimm is waiting for a tossball poster signed by the great Bertie "Black Hole" Holcomb.
The Grimm Tomorrow Objectives
- Check with Celia
Celia, who works with Sanjar Nandi in the MSI building, should know about the status of Grimm's poster. - Speak with Velma at the Warehouse
Celia sent you to Velma Ballard, manager of Stellar Bay's warehouse. She receives all of SubLight's incoming shipments. - Get Grimm's Tossball Poster
Velma received another offer for the tossball poster from Nell, who runs a betting parlor in Stellar Bay.
Velma is keeping the poster locked up in her office until Nell pays her.
Nell says she'd be willing to give up the poster if you find her lost shipment of tossball jerseys. They should be near Amber Heights. - Deliver the Tossball Poster to Grimm
Now that you have the signed tossball poster, deliver it to Grimm by Stellar Bay's landing pad.
The Grimm Tomorrow Walkthrough
Speak with Grimm when you first land at the Stellar Bay Landing Pad and offer to help him to gain this quest. Find Celia Robbins in Sanjar's office, and ask her about the poster. She will say you must talk to Velma, and warns you that her patience is thin. You'll get 5000xp.
Talk to Velma Ballard at the warehouse, and she will say that she got a better offer from Nell from the betting house. Velma has not given the poster to Nell yet, and it's locked in her office until she receives payment. You'll get 5200xp and can ask further about the situation. Asking to work out a deal brings three options: Intimidate (50), persuade (30) and Bribe for 834 bits. Persuade her, and she will say to help with Braxton (The Secret People quest) and then you can talk. Note that you can steal the poster from the bin in her office if you want.
You can head over the Left Field Tossball betting and talk to Nell about it You can lie (55) to her to get her to give up on the poster, or ask if you could trade. She will reveal that she lost a jersey shipment, so she would be willing to part with the poster if you get the jerseys for her.
You can come back to Velma after completing The Secret People and Persuade (20) to obtain the Signed Tossball Poster and 5200xp.
Return to Grimm at the landing pad area and give him the poster. You'll receive 14000xp, 625 Bit Cartridge, Pro Tossball Blocker and Monarch Stellar Industries Reputation.

AnonymousThere's another output for this quest just that nets you a 20,625 EXP + 100 bit. After you talked to Velma that the poster is going to be bought by Nell, go back directly to grimm and pick the first option "I'm sorry, Velma decided".
It's surely a bug. There is a Grimm's Tossbal Blocker in game files - a unique weapon. This one was supposed to be the reward, for sure. I assume it will be corrected in a future patch.

I enabled console commands and used giveallitems to get all items in game and found there is a unqiue weapon called Grimm's Tossball Blocker, maybe that was supposed to be the reward and the pro blocker is just beacause of bug?
There's a bug that's really annoying to me personally. Sometimes, when I start this quest, I already have the poster, before I even check in with Celia. It annoys me cuz I like to have everyone satisfied and deliver the Tossball jerseys. Somehow, this happened on my past 5 playthroughs.
