The Hammer of Olympus is a Unique Weapon in The Outer Worlds. Weapons are used to deal damage to Enemies. Each weapon has different attack values such as: damage, swing rate, etc making them more or less useful depending on the situation.
Wouldn' it be grat if this hammer was made by Hephaestos? But it wasn't. Aramid Ballistics made it.

Its at a POI called "Sundered Rock" on Monarch. The POI is located just NE of Devils Peak. It is the only thing there sitting in the crack of the rock.... that has been sundered.
