Thunder is a Unique Weapon in The Outer Worlds. Weapons are used to deal damage to Enemies. Each weapon has different attack values such as: damage, rate of fire, reload time, etc making them more or less useful depending on the situation.

      can i still get this weapon if ive already cleared out the devils peak station and completed the radio silence quest for the faction of my choice, as i never encountered any mercs on my way up a big hill with a mega mantiqueen perched up there
