Udder Buddy is a Science Weapon obtainable in the Murder on Eridanos DLC for The Outer Worlds.
Used to tighten a specific, hard-to-see bolt on Happy Dale Farm's milking assemblies, this wrench is strangely magnetic. Just stick it near the bolt, and the wrench seats itself!
