It is worth noting that if you sell the gun schematic from the quest to Gladys, you will be able to buy a pistol with similar specs named Ultimate Bolter (Joch manufactured). I found it in the vendor just opposite of the room Gladys is in on the Groundbreaker.
Re all. New info: (Minor spoiler) You can get the Ultimatum even if you sell the schematic to Gladys, but you gotta come back and buy it from Orson Shaw (he will tell you that the prototype he's working on is unfinished and has no value, now that you took his schematics away). Price is 100 bits - and you'll receive it with only 1% durability.
