The Bureau of Exploration is a small building in Byzantium with two floors. The receptionist is rude as seems to be typical of most Byzantium citizens. He receptionist seems to have remarkably high awareness and is difficult to pick pocket. The main hall contains two vending machines and a small desk, behind which sits Alonzo Vallejos the apparent head of the Bureau. He will explain he has set up a guided tour of greater Halcyon using beacons and a compass. He wishes you to take the tour and to try it out. "Follow the beacons to adventure!" This give you the quest: (ALL HALCYON IN A DAY) This quest rewards you with a commemorative hat. *Link? One small room contains some decent loot, but requires high locking picking skill. Additionally if you take the elevator upstairs you will find one small office, a coffee station, and an interesting cartography room where the Bureau appears to make it's maps for the tour.
