Love Is The Plan the Plan is Death is one of the Tasks in Peril on Gorgon for The Outer Worlds. Tasks are optional quests that players can choose to complete in order to obtain special rewards, XP, or reputation.
Leonora, a worker from Gorgon's heyday, has been lingering in the Sprat Shack in search of her deceased husband's flask. She wants closure, but she'll take the flask as a proxy.

You can find Leonora Diallo at the second floor of the Sprat Shack. Talk to her to acquire the Task.
Head south and you'll find the Engraved Flask on top of a bed inside an apartment.
Head back to Leonora Diallo and deliver the Engraved Flask to earn your reward.
