Naked Hunch is one of the Main Quests in the Murder on Eridanos DLC for The Outer Worlds. Main Quests are those that must be completed in order to advance the main story and progress the game.

This quest is automatically acquired upon completing An Unfinished Accusation.
Head to the Distillation Station Northeast of the Hotel. You may have to fight your way through several enemies. Take the lift on the left side of the building. Once inside the building, inspect the panel for a surprise meeting with Halcyon Helen herself. It appears Ludovico has hatched a plot that will endanger the citizens of Eridanos and had Helen's twin killed in the process.
You can choose to side with Helen here, beginning the quest Escape! or you can side with Administrator Ludovico to begin the quest The Infernal Exploding Machine of Halcyon Helen.
